The Story in English: CHAZON DAVID SHUL DESTROYED
Last nite (between Saturday and Sunday), on the week between Yom Hazikaron and Yom Haatzmaut, security forces came like thiefs in the middle of the night and destroyed the Chazon David shul in Kiryat Arba-Hevron, built in memory of victims of Arab terror.
When we heard that Olmert was being investigated we knew the outposts were in danger.
The horrendous scene of the destruction of a synagogue reminded us of scenes from dark times in Jewish history that we thought would not be seen again in the Land of Israel.
* We promise to come back and rebuild the Hazon David synagogue as we have already done 31 times over the past few years.
In addition, in the next few hours we will publicize on the internet, the pictures of the soldiers and policemen who participated in the destruction of the synagogue.
* We call upon all to forward the pictures, print them out and hang them in all the synagogues in Israel and around the world making sure that those soldiers and policemen will not be allowed in any synagogue.
Yes, let every soldier and policeman know from now on:
he who gives a hand to the destruction of a synagogue in the land of Israel will be banished by his fellow Jews from all synagogues.
