* Today saw the first mutiny in the IDF since the Altalena -Bravo! - (From: David Ramati, HEBCOM)
According to the families of the detained soldiers, over 60 Combat solders of the elite combat unit (Dukhifat) refused to aid in the forced evacuation of Jews from the Jewish settlement of Hebron.
The government, determined to punish the Jewish community for the success at holding the Beit Shalom building next to Kiriat Arba, was determined to remove two families who had been living in the Jewish Market area for some time.
The soldiers, who are mostly religious troops conscripted in accordance with the Hesder program, informed their commanders that they would not agree to take over positions from Border Police troops in the West Bank, in order to allow the Border Policemen to remove the Hebron settlers.
The families of the soldiers are presently boarding buses to take them to aid and support their sons who have been detained and are facing possible charges for mutiny.

Can you help? We urgently need the names and addresses (if not address, then parents' first names and/or phone number) of every one of the brave boys who pitied the 14 little children in Hebron and refused to aid the IDF's assault on the homes of the Bar-Kochba and Yahalom families. These boys and their families MUST receive a thank you note and letter of regard, from Mattot Arim and perhaps others, NOW!

We should do something big for these guys right away. -We here in the USA can be of use.
We need to make their detention a huge problem for the Israeli gov and the US State Dept.
I was thinking about what to do which is mutually exclusive with a court martial. Best thing:
* An openly planned public speaking tour in the USA!
And to also give them an award - get their names and faces known all over.
And if they are being detained, we can make a stink over it.
We can put up posters, emails, etc., all demanding that they be allowed to come and speak.
Please consider this: Let us immediately plan a USA speaking tour for them.
Please get a few folks there to help me on this.

We know—never mind the number—we know what Olmert and his minions are up to.
We know they would rather be ruled by Arabs than by real Jews, faithful Jews, Jews of the Covenant.
We know about the double treachery of the Olmerts, the Baraks, the Livnis, the Tamirs, and the other Peresites who hate that Covenant.
We know why they have given away Jewish land to our enemies, why they refrain from destroying our enemies, why they have emasculated our army, why they have sapped the will of our people to prevent the impending disaster.
They do not want the Jewish people to rise, rebel, and eliminate the enemy within—Israel’s own government!
They have anesthetized the Jewish people in the name of “peace.”
They have stupefied the Jewish people in the name of “democracy.”
They have murdered the Jewish people’s moral outrage by negotiating with Arab Jew-killers.
They have bemused the people with lies.
Meanwhile, they have enriched themselves.
They have robbed the public treasury.
They have rewarded themselves with high salaries, perks, and privileges.
They have despoiled and debased the people.
They have transformed the people into consumers. Lovers of Eretz Yisrael have become lovers of Malls and Mammon.
Jeremiah: “Every one is greedy for gain … Every one dealeth falsely … Saying ‘Peace, peace’ when there is no peace.”
Do the Israel’s ruling elites cry “peace, peace” because they regard Israel’s situation as hopeless?
Do they cry “peace, peace” to calm rather than excite the people, lest the people rise up and throw these Judenraats out of power?
Hearing the words “peace, peace” day after day, year after year: Is this why the people do not repent or pray for salvation?
Day after day, year after year, the word “democracy, democracy” dinned into their minds:
Is this why the people do not rise up and throw the scoundrels out and establish a decent government, one that will prepare for war or try to save Israel by whatever means possible?
Again Jeremiah: “Hark! A report, behold it cometh,
And a great commotion out of the north country,
To make the cities of Judah desolate,
A dwelling-place for jackals.”
