Prisoners of Zion--In Zion! - Halamish Update:
This past Friday Judge Ravid from the District Court announced that it was not in his jurisdiction to deal with the request to defer the commencement of the sentence and directed us to the Supreme Court.
Accordingly, the Defense Attorney Yoram Sheftel filed a request with the Supreme Court to defer the commencement of the sentence until a reply will be received from the President of the State of Israel.
