TODAY, WEDNESDAY, February 27 at 2:30 p.m., is D-day for 18 year old Tzivya from Elon-Moreh:
She has been in jail since Chanukah(!) and will finally be brought to the Beit Mishpat Hashalom in Kfar-Saba for a judge's ruling on her continued incarceration
Tzivya was originally imprisoned following an altercation with Arabs who had trespassed into Elon-Moreh to harvest olives. She told her interrogators that she had broken no law nor engaged in any criminal behaavrior. As such, she refused to sign any documents or recognize their authority
Since her arrest, she has been detained until the end of all legal proceedings against her and indicted of all kinds of fabricated charges.

TODAY, at Beit-Mishpat-HaShalom in Kfar-Sabba, near the Ra�anana junction (Kfar-Sabba police station)
Ask for the courtroom of Justice Na'ava Bechor Hera. Sometimes hearings are cancelled:
If you plan to go (PLEASE, do!), make sure to call first Shira 0526-071.526 to make sure there is no last-minute change
Each of us can do our small part in helping get this girl out of prison.

PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN: IsraelJustice.com's Action Plan to Combat Unconstitutional Arrests of Protestors
Due to Annapolis, another crackdown on political protestors may occur in Israel -- similar to that prior to the Gush Katif deportation
For example, just last month, 3 Israelis were grabbed off the streets of Jerusalem for talking to foreign journalists about Palestinian terrorism and accused of sedition

Americans in Israel whose children or friends have been arrested have found one pressure point that actually works: telephone calls from members of Congress (or their staffers) to the Israel Embassy in Washington to request information about wrongfully arrested protesters have resulted in speedy release.

We would like to help build a network in the US that would expand on this success. As few as 5 people per congressional district willing to telephone a member of Congress can make a difference
Every adult or child released, is a Jew redeemed, one of the most important mitzvot in the Torah
