שמעון שלום, מתאי קיבלת בפעם האחרונה?
מבדיקתי עולה כי המייל shimon.schreiber@gmail.com לא מופיע יותר לפחות מזה 7 ימים באף רשימה אצלנו אתה לא אמור לקבל שום מייל מהמערכת. אם המייל שקיבלת נשלח ב 7 ימים אחרונים נא בדוק אם יש לך מייל אחר רשום אצלנו המפנה לכתובת זו.

כרגע שלחתי לחיים יטיב הודעה בפייסבוק. מה דעתכם?

Please make sure that I am removed from Nakim email list. I've asked a lot of times. My email is shimon.schreiber@gmail.com and I do not have a username as far as I know. I am about to give up and go to the authorities. I have had enough. You cannot have newsletters without a way to opt-out. I am serious, at least as serious as you are about this.

My advice to you, in order to avoid legal problems: with each letter that you send, send an opt-out link that does NOT require logging in. The link will send the email address to your server. Your server will send an email to the originating address, and allow unsubscribing the email address (again - WITHOUT a need to log in - as I said I don't have any idea what my username is).

We've been on and off this thread for years. Please understand and respect that there are people who wish to stop receiving emails from the forum.

מה דעתכם? האם אני צריך לפנות לערכאות כדי לחייב את "נקים" להפסיק לשלוח לי הודעות?
מישהו מכם יודע איך עושים את זה? אין לי שם משתמש ולכן אינני יכול להפסיק את המשלוח.
